Services
My five services aren’t five separate things: they’re a staircase. It runs from “I just want someone to point me in the right direction” to “do it all and let me walk in with my suitcase”. Have a look at which step you’re on.
Step 1
Property potential consultation
An hour to find out what can be done with that property before you buy it. We look together at the space, at what you need and at what you can spend, and you leave with a clear answer.
This is for you if… you’re thinking of buying and you’d rather not discover the problems after signing.
What you get: an hour with me, online or at the property (30 min visit + 1 h consultation), and my honest assessment of its real potential.
Timescale: one week · Price: from €95
Travel is charged separately, depending on the area.
If you later hire me for an interior design or turnkey project, this consultation is deducted.
Step 2
Interior design consultation
An hour on one specific area of your home, whichever you choose: the living room, the bedroom, the terrace. That way I can prepare properly and the hour goes on solutions for that space, instead of skimming over the whole house.
This is for you if… you have plenty of ideas and can’t put them in order, or that room isn’t working and you can’t say why.
What you get: a clear direction for that area — where to start, colours and furniture style — and the decisions that matter, made. It doesn’t include detailed specifications or measurements: those belong to the project, with the survey done by me.
Timescale: one week · Price: from €120
Travel is charged separately, depending on the area.
If you later hire me for an interior design or turnkey project, this consultation is deducted.
Step 3
Concept project
The plan for renovating on your own, sensibly. No site supervision and no services drawings: just enough for the decisions to be well made before you spend.
This is for you if… you want to do it yourself, but not blindly.
What you get: a settled layout, a lighting plan, a mood board and a shopping guide.
Timescale: two weeks · Price: from €350 per room, depending on its size and complexity
It can be booked for a single room: there’s no minimum.
Step 4
Interior design project
The full, documented project, so that any building team can carry it out without having to interpret anything. You decide; I put in writing what has to be done and how.
This is for you if… you’re going to renovate, you value precision and you can be there at the key moments.
What you get:
- Survey of the home or premises and a settled layout, with 2–3 options
- 3D model with visualisations
- Services drawings: electrics, plumbing, heating and air conditioning
- Technical drawings for joinery, flooring and finishes, plus material and furniture specifications
- A project book for the site and three visits at the key moments
Timescale: 4 to 12 weeks · Price: from €2,500
The benchmark is €50/m² on a 50 m² home, with a renovation of medium complexity and standard-range finishes. It’s a guide figure and covers my fees only: it does not include the building work, the materials or the furniture. The three site visits are included; travel is charged separately depending on where the works are.
Step 5
Turnkey project
I take it from start to finish. You come back and walk into a finished home. They say peace of mind is priceless; in a renovation, here it has a price.
This is for you if… you haven’t the time, or you don’t live on the island, and you’d rather not be on top of the works.
What you get: the entire interior design project, plus supervision of the renovation, coordination of orders, a weekly progress report, the final styling — cushions, candles, the things that turn a property into a home — and a photo shoot so you can show it off.
Timescale: depending on the size and type of project · Price: from €5,000
The benchmark is €100/m² on that same 50 m² home. It’s a guide figure and covers my fees only: it does not include the building work, the materials or the furniture.
Home, holiday let, shop or office: it’s the same project, adapted to what that space has to deliver. A flat ready to be listed on a platform, a café with a character of its own, or your home. The goal changes, the way of working doesn’t.
