If you tell me these four things when you write, I can come back with something concrete instead of another question:
- What the space is and roughly how many square metres.
- Whether it’s to live in, to let, or for a business.
- Where you are: thinking of buying, keys already in hand, or works about to start.
- When you’d like it ready.
